| Dallas Man Taken Under Police Custody For Selling Large Scale Counterfeit Viagra

Soon after an inquiry led by the "Food and Drug Administration" and "U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement" revealed that Richard Fletcher, a 57 year old Dallas man, had distributed fake Viagra as well as Cialis and Levitra tablets and was also involved in false trademark/labeling of medicines, he was arrested by the police.
The accused Richard Fletcher recently pleaded guilty in a Houston court and admitted that he had indeed taken part in a counterfeit prescription drug scheme.
According to a revelation by the "U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas", last year disguised ICE officials bought around 2,000 fake Viagra pills and 500 fake cialis pills online from the accused.
Richard Fletcher, will have to face a fine amount of $250,000 and also ten years` prison sentence without release. His sentencing is scheduled for 23rd June.
